EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS

It was an honour to be given a certificate for completion of this dormer project from The Frontenac Heritage Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes the preservation of buildings that contribute to the heritage of the region.. It required following heritage guidelines.
Two dormers were replicated on the front of the west building to allow for additional natural light in the occupied space. Custom windows supplied by a local company were installed and new matching exterior cladding attached. Spray foam was used to insulate the southern wall and dormers while the wall was opened up.
“Just a follow-up and thank you for the expertise and professionalism you demonstrated. If you ever need a reference, I would be pleased to write an extensive reference. With a new roof, dormers, and the fix of our patio, we won’t be doing anything for now. However, we would turn first to you if we take on any new projects”
